TLC Cabinets, a division of TLC Construction & Development LLC, provides free cabinet design consultation, sourcing, and sales nationwide, with full-service installation currently available in Washington State. Outside of our installation service area, we provide design, sourcing, and shipping only — customer is responsible for coordinating their own local installer.
Installation services, where offered, are performed by licensed and insured contractors.
You must be 18 years of age or older to use this website, submit your information, request a design, or enter into any agreement with TLC Cabinets.

All designs are provided free of charge and without obligation. Quotes provided through this website, by phone, or by email are non-binding until an order is confirmed in writing and any required deposit has been received. Full itemized product and pricing details are provided upon order confirmation.
Measurements: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure all measurements and layout information provided are accurate. TLC Cabinets is not responsible for order errors resulting from inaccurate customer-provided measurements. We recommend a final on-site remeasurement before order confirmation for any custom or full-room order.
A deposit of 50–100% of the total order value is required before any order is placed with our sourcing partners. Orders will not be placed or produced without a confirmed deposit. Remaining balance, if applicable, is due prior to or at the time of installation or delivery.
Manufacturer's Warranty: Cabinetry sold through TLC Cabinets is covered by a limited manufacturer's warranty of 5 years residential / 1 year commercial from the original purchase date, covering hardware (hinges and drawer slides) against defects in material. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage from improper installation, humidity or environmental exposure, or misuse. Full warranty terms are available upon request.
TLC Cabinets shall not be held liable for delays, cost overruns, or order interruptions caused by:
Our total liability for any claim arising from services rendered shall not exceed the total amount paid under the applicable order.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pierce County, Washington.
